Senior Manager/Manager - Human Resource - Education (8-10 yrs)
This role is responsible for ideating, designing and executing the Talent Management, Capability Development and Culture Building initiatives in the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Head-HR for aligning business objectives.
- PMS - Ensure the timely execution of performance management process.
- Responsible for reviewing KRAs across organization & driving performance.
- Succession planning - Work directly with the business leaders to identify and develop the high potential talent in order to build a robust leadership succession slate.
- Build and implement focused competency development programs and career road-maps for the aligned teams.
- Administration & Implementation of policies & guidelines, defining procedures to manage performance (designing SOP, PIP etc.)
- Design and implement R&R plan and employee engagement calendar.
- Recognize performance through Reward and recognition programs.
- Drive employee connect and engagement initiatives pan India and plan budget allocations for the same by working out innovative and creative utilization methodologies.
- Leverage internal communications vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding and participation in programs and process improvement related to increasing engagement and improved work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary range: 10 - 12 LPA
