Manage external communications for India and US markets.  Work closely with the Marketing Head to drive key messages around our businesses through channels like PR, AR and IR; Web and Social.  Work with media outlets to publish timely company information, such as press release, point of view (PoV), white paper and other materials.  Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization's strategic vision.  Implement web and social media strategies.  Grow online supporter base and traffic.  Build and sustain online communities.  Manage relationships with media outlets, industry associations and influencer organizations  Ensure consistent framing of messages; train leadership in media interactions  Publish videos and photography on company website and blogs.  Ensure presence at events and conferences through speaking engagements.  Collaborate with marketing to develop unique social media campaigns.  Collaborate with corporate finance for financial PR, results announcements, annual report etc  Edit and revise content (press releases, guest editorials etc.) as necessary  Sign off on all web and social media updates
