- Leading data governance is one of most pivotal and challenging roles in any organization.   - Data is of supreme importance to any organization in todays world. This role would require the individual to analyze all the reporting requirements, both internal and external from a data stand point. With usage of multiple systems, the task becomes even more challenging.  - This individual will analyze data extracts from various source systems and work with the business operations to optimize all reporting requirements. Since there are multiple stakeholders for all reports, it would be imperative that data grievances, supervision and resolution will be an essential part of the role  Job responsibilities :  - Responsible for the periodic data being generated. Understand data flow and ensure accurate reporting to senior management for a key Insurance client  - Develop automated business rules to deliver accurate data as required by various stakeholder in a timely manner  - Performs analysis and respond to any reporting related inquiries  - Automate all weekly, monthly, quarterly data requirements for reviews and meetings by multiple stakeholders  - Create a governance structure for all data related requirements within the Process Engineering team  Role demands :  - Work with client teams to define a future state vision for the Data Governance Organization   - To understand / define / refine the next generation data governance framework - As a Data Governance lead, you will be responsible for reinforcing a culture of treating data as an asset within the business, and for developing and embedding processes and controls for the data managed in Client Organization.   - Expert knowledge of data governance processes, policies & framework   - Exposure to P&C Insurance is mandatory  - Understanding Business requirements & liaison with the client data & information team for delivery of Solutions. Responsible for implementing elements of the data management strategy. You will define, design, implement and operate data processes to satisfy Information Management policy in the client organization.   - To identify the people, process, and technology capabilities required to deliver desired solution, and then plan for the implementation of those experiences.   - Assess the current state data governance function performance and capabilities of client organizations
