Positions:

1. Senior Manager - Skill - SAP S4 HANA Program Management Sales & Delivery

2. Manager - Skill - SAP S4 HANA Project management Sales & Delivery

3. Consultant - Skill - SAP S4 Finance & Controlling, Sales & Distribution, Logistics, Production Planning

Experience:

Must be able to work with limited direction and should be self-driven

Should demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities

The individual should have either successful track record of selling and delivering technology consulting projects in the products oriented industry verticals. The size of these projects should be 500 users and more.

The individual should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

A minimum of 8-10 years of consulting experience

An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering systems integration projects and preferably on SAP

Preferred candidates who have had account management experience

Experience working with - C- level executive client

Candidate should have worked on Business Consulting, someone providing Delivery and Operational Excellence to our clients enabling them to become high performance businesses.

Knowledge & skill requirements:

We are looking for candidates with 8+ years of IT industry experience with exposure to SAP ERP sales & delivery

- Person needs to have good Program Mgt experience.

- 8+ years in SAP Project Management Sales & Delivery should have lead teams on multiple projects, recent 2+ experience in SAP S4 HANA sales & delivery (mandatory)

- The candidate should have prior experience in as an expert in terms of managing business critical, highly technical, complex projects.

- Prior expertise in managing large multi-location projects is essential.

- The candidate is required to have excellent client facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience of leading teams at various stages.

- Project Management skills, including, the ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations, and manage the implementation of the plan.
