Designation- Sr Manager/Manager- C&B  Assist in the design, implementation and administration of a wide range of compensation programs in support of FIS business strategies. Provide analysis on base salary, short and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking and survey analysis, job evaluation and job pricing.  Conduct analyses of jobs, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices. Make recommendations regarding salary grades or market rates for specific jobs. Assist in the development of incentive programs and the administration of performance review or merit-rating programs. Review salary increases for compliance with organization policy and budget. Participate in and/or conduct wage surveys. Work under minimal supervision on complex projects and may assist less experienced peers.   Responsibilities   - Implement end to end HR interventions in the space of compensation and benefits for India & Philippines for ITO and BPO  - Participate in the compensation & benefits benchmarking surveys   - Assist in development of salary ranges and appropriate pay levels   - Design & re-design compensation structure and incentive programs  - Administrate plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, administrate corporate policies and procedures  - Participate and support in annual planning, forecasting and budgeting exercise  - Implement annual salary revision exercises   - Assist in building and implementing automated compensation processes   Ensure legal compliance  Functional and Behavioral competencies  - Fair knowledge of India compensation market and labour laws. Philippines also desirable.  - Result driven and self-motivated   - High Analytical / Logical ability - ability to draw accurate conclusions from raw data.  - Attention to detail, analytical/reasoning, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills   - Ability to engage with people and to work collaboratively in diverse and cross-functional teams  - Interested in learning continuously about new business environments, challenges and insights  - Strong communication and presentation skills  - Ability to work under tight deadlines and delivery  - Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment  Qualification  - MBA - HR (Tier I/II)  - Experience - 2-5 years in Compensation & Benefits
