Senior Manager/Manager - Brand Marketing - Offline - eCommerce (4-6 yrs)

- We are looking for an experienced Brand manager who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that grow market share and brand's reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth. A brand manager monitors market trends and oversees advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for their product or service.

- Brand Managers are tasked with the success of brands or products. They overall plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of a specific brand, service or product. A Brand Manager must focus on developing a brand's profit and loss performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.

Major Responsibilities :

- Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for a particular brand or product, Create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities, Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign

- Execute strategies with cross-functional teams, Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies

- Supervise brand content; Manage access to brand assets, Develop brand standards and usage guidelines

- Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency. Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research

- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits; Looking at the pricing of products and analysing the potential profitability

- Generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colours, fonts and imagery; Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Coach the team and get the best from everyone; Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues

- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy

- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions, Anticipate bottlenecks

- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies, Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Coach the team and get the best from everyone

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues

- Support in Overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy, monitor consumer reactions and anticipate bottlenecks

- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

- Support in ensuring a 360-degree approach to campaigns and responsible for the visibility on Social Media
