Senior Manager - Management Accounting - Revenue Control & Reporting

Mandatory Skills

- Hands on experience on Revenue Accounting (Budgeting, Forecasting )

- Exposure to MIS (Management Information System)

- Experience of Migration, Transition.

- Should have been part of a due diligence during any acquisition

- Strong People Management

- Good with Stakeholder Management

- Open to a secondment of 1 year to UK.

Previous experience at managerial level in a financial services organization;

- Accounting qualification CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent with 10 years post qualification experience;

- Financial accounting technical skills including knowledge of IFRS

- Knowledge of the financial implications of FCA regulation

- Ability to see and understand the main commercial drivers of the business - commercial awareness;

- Legal and regulatory knowledge including awareness of FCA rules

- A proven track record of operating in a control function, demonstrating the ability to challenge colleagues when appropriate;

- Cultural Fit - proven ability to work in a large, fast paced and diverse business. The ideal candidate should have the mind-set that the are not afraid to roll their sleeves up when necessary.
