Fine / specialty chemicals  Skills and Knowledge required :  - Ability to handle day to day maintenance of plant and operation of utilities with the help of engineers.   - Ability to solve technical issues.  - Possesses manpower handling and counselling abilities.  - Knowledge of QMS and ISO systems.  - Good Technical knowledge of own as well as related fields.  - Familiar with software like SAP etc.  - Ability to prepare and read engineering drawings.  Competencies (Behavioural Skills) required :  - Good communication, administrative and interpersonal skills.  - Ability in written communication.  - Leadership Skills and Experience  - Good leader and ability to handle large manpower and ability to resolve issue.
