For their India Operations, they are looking for Sr. Manager - M&A Strategy & Business Development.   He/she will be responsible for evaluating new initiatives and partnerships for strategic fitment, M&A, Deal Evaluation, Due Diligence, maintaining the industry and external stakeholder's relationship to drive the strategic partnership, deal process etc.  - You will also work closely with global business and support functions at various business collaboration stages and will be responsible for monitoring the implementation plans as well.
