About our Client - Our client is one of the largest Alco-Bev companies in the world with a significant presence in the India market. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, and have an impressive product portfolio. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Senior Manager Logistics, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for

- Managing the entire Logistics function for the company including distribution, warehousing and transportation

- Evaluating and appointing different vendors and monitoring/measuring their performance

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve all operational issues

- Working closely with different supply chain functions (procurement, planning, operations) to ensure supply chain optimization

- Focusing on aspects of inventory planning to ensure the accurate availability of stock and all relevant customer touch points

- Linking the India Logistics Function with the global supply chain structure and ensure a transfer of best practices

The Successful Candidate

- You will be from a Top Tier B School with around 8-10 years of experience in core Logistics, Transportation and Distribution roles from the FMCG/Alco-Bev Industry.

- Prior experience of having worked on SAP is an added plus. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a hands on approach towards his/her work.
