Senior Manager - Litigation - LLB/LLM - Real Estate Development Firm

About the Client : A leading real estate development company, with 50 + projects underway across India

Key Functions :

- Managing the entire litigation process

- Drafting replies, documents

- Attending Courts hearings, briefing counsels

- Coordination with various internal departments and lawyers

Necessary Skills :

- Should have sound and substantive knowledge of procedural Laws

- Should be well versed with court procedures.

- Should have excellent drafting skills with regard to Court Proceedings

- Communicating as well as settlement talks with counsels, lawyers, clients and internal departments

- Should have knowledge of Marathi language

Desirable Skills :

- Strong analytical skills with attention to details

- Commercial Acumen

- Out of the box thinker with excellent problem solving skills

- Ability to take quick decisions in time crunched situations

- Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate group decisions

Education : LL.B. (Mandatory) + LL.M (Preferable)
