Position Level: Assistant Manager  Reporting to: VP  Having strong understanding of Companies Act, Contract act, FEMA, SEBI,RBI,Arbitration   - To understand the legal issues/hurdles faced by the businesses/projects   - To liaise with external legal consultants for specific cases / issues/contracts/documentations/legal advisory services as required and review the work done by them   - To prepare/review all internal documents related to loans/agreements/associations including Project related/Loans/Financial Documents  - To provide status updates/reports related to the non-litigation cases handled to the respective stakeholders as required  - To research on legal aspects like cases/ updates/acts/special provisions etc. to ensure effective legal solutions and support is provided to the organization  - To provide support in various internal projects related to the standardization of legal documents/agreements/processes as required  - To draft term sheets, Joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, ancillary documents as per requirements   - To assist in handling litigations  Academic / Professional Qualifications:   Law Graduate with 4-6 years- experience in Non Litigation matters with a year experience in Litigation
