Client :   Our Client is one of the leading ones in Luxury Retail with over 30 brands to its credit.   It has aggressive plans to build a strong presence in the luxury retail sector in India, spanning across various segments such as apparels, shoes, accessories, jewellery etc.   With their rapid expansion plans, they are looking for strong marketing talent that would provide strategic direction and enable them to build strong brand presence for their portfolio in India. The position would be in the nature of Marketing / Sr. Manager and would report into the Marketing Head.   We have been given to understand that the exact size and nature of the portfolio will be decided depending on the profile and experience levels of the potential candidate.   Location : Cuff Parade, Mumbai  Job Responsibility :   - End to end Real Estate legal work .   - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating LOIs, MOUs, Leave and License Agreements, Lease Deeds,, Addendums, Amendments, Extension Letters, Option Agreements, Link Letters, etc  - Assisting in conducting due diligence/title searches for properties prior to commencement of property deals  - Ensuring proper contract stamping and registration including all execution formalities  - Liaising with different departments as necessary to complete any and all formalities concerning property matters  - Internal documentation and process to be conducted  - Preparing legal notices and notice letters to landlord  - Comprehensive advising the Real Estate Business Development team based on knowledge of real estate laws for all aspects of property transactions including, but not limited to, advice on legal risk mitigation, statutory advice/compliance, structuring deals, appropriately reflecting commercials in legal documents, gap analysis between LOIs/MOUs and final contracts, etc.  End to end contract management of legacy and on-going real estate contracts :   - Creating trackers of contract fields based on information typically required from contracts internally  - Maintaining and updating contract trackers for legacy and on-going contracts  - Responsible for intimating internal stake-holders/departments for taking necessary action based on contract triggers  - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating Marketing Agreement and contracts
