Senior Manager - Legal - Real Estate

- Assist in matters pertaining to Service Tax, filling returns, drafting-research work in matters pertaining to service tax and custom.

- Draft replies to show cause notices, appeals and other legal documents on other Indirect tax matters.

- Patent filing, prosecution and opposition proceedings before Patent Office

- Appeals and revocation proceedings before Intellectual Property Appellate Board .

- Providing opinions on specific issues of Indirect Taxes (mostly Service Tax, Customs and VAT).

- Look after legal, regulatory and secretarial compliances.

- Executing contracts with third parties for distribution of channel or licensing of programmes as applicable, for services as well as intercompany contracts for services rendered or received amongst group companies.

- Filing relevant documents required under I&B Ministry. Giving opinions on various issues arising out of contracts with third party/ies, etc

- To Draft standard form Agreements (International and National), MoUs, NDAs, Addendums, LoIs, Lease Deeds,
- Employment Letter, PoAs etc. as a ready recknower for various business verticals of the Company.

- Assisting in Indirect Tax Compliances- Filling of VAT returns.

- Document Review, Legal Research, Legal Drafting
