Senior Manager - Legal - LLB/CS - Fast Food (8-14 yrs)

Hiring for "Sr. Manager- Legal " with a leading MNC fast food company.

Job Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : LLB+CS

Exp : 8 to 14 years of experience

Key responsibility :

- Heading statutory, contract, secretarial and licensing compliance for the company.

- Monitor compliances under Labour law for all the RSC & Restaurants situated across the country

- Independently handle corporate laws matter on day to day basis, supporting board of directors & cross functional team on corporate laws, leading and ensuring corporate secretariat compliance;

- Notices, agenda, etc. for Board Meetings, General Meetings, resolutions, minutes in timely manner;

- Ensure preparation and updating of statutory records, returns and other day to day filings required under the Companies Act;

- Due diligence of proposed property in close coordination of external lawyers;

- Support and advise in contract negotiation, finalization, execution, stamping & registration, etc.;

- Ensuring compliance of various types of contracts/agreements viz. Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Distributors agreement, MOU, NDA, Agreement to sell, Sale Deed, Joint-Development Agreement, Co-branding Agreements, etc.
