We are looking for a Sr. Manager Legal for a very large IT company. The position is based out of Pune / Hyderabad. The Job details are mentioned below.

Responsibilities:

- Proactive Business lawyering in line with global standards and practices

- Interact directly with law firms & consultants

- Draft, vet and negotiate commercial contracts

- Identify risks & exposure and propose measures for risk containment & mitigations.

- Handling and mentoring team members

- Managing a Team of 7 members

Preferred Attributes:

- Good Interpersonal Skills.

- Flexible in terms of negotiating contracts.(Cannot be Rigid)

- Good Team Spirit (Intra as well as inter functions)

- Good presence of mind, so as to enable him to take quick, witty decisions.

- Good analytical & conceptualization skills.

- Good Listener (should be able to come up alternatives)
