We are hiring for a leading IT Organisation based at Pune.
Position: Sr. level - Learning & Development
Exp: 12+ years in Learning and Development with Global exposure.

Role & Responsibilities :
- Development and Implement enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives for to offices globally located. Global EXPOSURE IS MUST.
- Work closely with the business and HRMs to identify training, team facilitation and coaching needs
- Providing advisory in subject-matter expert areas/centers of excellence and other key stakeholders that provide input to or deliver training and development
- Manage vendor relationships, including budgets, timelines, and quality of end products
