Position : Sr. Manager - Learning & Development
- Anchor the Competency development Framework, Employee Value Preposition, Individual Development Plans, Knowledge Management
- Training Need Analysis with Stakeholders
- Drawing up Training Calendar
- Ascertaining Training Mix - On The Job training, Programs
- Actively Facilitates Modules
- Identify Training Partners & Co-Design Modules
- Contemporary Practices - eLearning, MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses)
- Training Effectiveness - Return on Investment
Note: Looking for people specifically from a product based company like Consumer durable, Fmcg, Manufacturers of Fashion Brands, Watches, Shoes, Apparels.
