Our client building a Leadership team as a part their vast & rapid business expansion , The Executive Recruiter will be a talent strategist, managing full cycle recruiting efforts for critical executive level searches in our growing global organization.  - Design, implement, and execute effective executive search strategies  - Act as a talent consultant to shape the future recruiting capability of the company  - Interface with executive leaders and candidates to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management  - Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally  - Deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage multiple senior searches and candidates Manage candidate process and be an advocate to ensure internal and external equity  - Prepare and deliver appropriate updates to HR Leadership and Sr. Management regarding strategy and status  - Manage offer process, reference checks, and salary recommendations  - Prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, evolving work environment  - Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as needed  - Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction  - Effectively balance employee advocacy with strong focus on business needs.  - Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements  - Administer and resolve employee matters, effectively mitigating risk to the company  Qualifications:  - BE/MBA or equivalent (business or technical discipline preferred)  - Minimum 8-10 years sourcing/recruiting experience with at least 2-3 years in a corporate environment; with at least 6 years retained executive search, boutique search firm and/or agency experience attractive  - Ideal candidate would have experience with both Technical & Non technical Function searches in an in house search environment, Typically who have handled CXO level assignments   - Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills  - Prior experience with a variety of proactive sourcing techniques and channels  - Advanced ability to develop recruiting strategies for the sourcing, evaluation and selection of corporate talent  - Excellent negotiation skills  - Prior experience with Taleo or any applicant tracking system preferred  - Prior experience providing consulting services to a division or divisions relative to workforce planning topics such as salary equity, internal movement, and staffing level planning  - Experience in helping drive new employment policies and procedures throughout the organization  Note : Candidates from Leading search houses / Executive search firms are highly preferred,
