Our client is a leading analytics firm in the Healthcare space, looking for Head of Operations to be based in Chennai.
The role will be responsible for :
- Manage direct, in direct and virtual team across multiple locations.
- Interacting with multiple stake holders based in US.
- Heading operations delivery in the Technical / Operational and analytics space.
Looking for candidates with :
- Strong and hands on experience in people management.
- Should be able to build strong business rapport with multiple stake holders from US and India.
- 10 - 17 years of strong people management experience from KPO / Analytics company.
Role based in Chennai
