Position is Reports to CFO

Key Performance Drivers :

- Work as part of the Project Delivery Team to develop and deliver the Project Delivery Vision and Strategy

- Liaison closely with IT team and senior management for operational issues as well as other projects

- Create, Maintain SOP's and its adherence

- Build strong working relationship with other departments, in order to deliver the Project Delivery Service Offerings

- Deliver projects through the full project lifecycle. Co-ordinate activities and resources (self, internal and 3rd party) to deliver project deliverables and achieve time, cost and quality objectives

- Manage stakeholders within and outside, maximizing their understanding and support of the projects to be delivered

- Develop and manage a Service Operations model for IT issues

- Analytical Skills with understanding of F&B principles

- Ensuring needed infrastructure is available for smooth functioning of envisioned IT

- Maintaining SAP System for the Organization Operations

- Ensure credibility of data within SAP system

- Ensuring legal & financial compliance of the system

- Managing SAP Support vendors

- Managing authorizations for users globally

- On Time generation of MIS reports for CXO's & Board Members

- Monitoring Resources and troubleshooting

Education, qualifications, special training, experience and skills :

- Applicants must be in possession of their Operations/ Any IT Degree, coupled with 7+ years- experience of Food Manufacturing procedures with SAP Operations Background.
