Senior Manager - IT Audit - Telecom

Job Description : a) Establish the Audit Plan to address risk areas identified during the ongoing audit planning process

Preparing the annual IT and Network audit plan by considering inputs from various risk drivers and as per Aircel- s IA methodology / risk assessment process.

Continuously assimilate information regarding major changes in IT & Network domain and review the plan for adequate coverage of key risks.

Engage in planning of other business audits of IA to ensure that key IT & Network related risks are covered across all SBUs + Functions.

b) Responsible for execution of the audit plan which includes

Management of co-source partners.

Assessing the resources from co-source partners to ensure their suitability for the projects.

Establishing audit scope / objectives /approach of each audit assignment to ensure key risks are covered.

Regular project review.

Risk assessment of the observations identified and capturing systemic action plans from departmental heads.

Ensuring documentation quality and compliance to the IA methodology.

Annual Audit Plan

- Seeking input from all stake holders at least 3 months prior to roll out of new year audit plan

- Preparation of detailed IT Risk Assessments, prioritization and proposal of IT Audit Plan

Audits

Timely commencement and completion of audit reviews

Ensuring coverage of all areas, in line with scope and RCMs formulated

Ensure complete alignment on facts and risks with all stake holders

Compliance with all audit procedures - technical as well as administrative
