We are looking out for qualified CA's only with 7 + post CA experience into Internal Audit + SOX Audit or Internal Audit + IFC Audit.  Job Location : Silokhera (GGN)  Job timing : 1 to 10 pm (UK Shifts)  Must have : Excellent communication skill & Team handling experience  JOB DESCRIPTION - SENIOR MANAGER  General Description   The position is responsible for leading and managing large COSO, Sarbanes Oxley and Internal Audit engagements for Global Clients.   Responsibilities would include:  - General management and leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to work in a globally matrixed and significantly multi-geography service delivery environment  - Manage Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) including proper identification of key risks and controls that impact the reliability of financial statements and evaluating controls   - Responsible for quality of deliverables and completion of projects within budgeted time  - Support risk based control assessments to determine the propriety and efficiency of the internal control structure and operating processes.  - Effective team management, managing large team size of 15-20 people  - Responsible for designing and executing tests of operating effectiveness for key internal controls over financial reporting.   - Maintain effective engagement with clients and ongoing awareness of significant changes to control processes or other factors that may affect scoping and make adjustments as necessary  - Experience in effectively engaging with global clients and external stakeholders like statutory auditors, operational leaders  - Contribute in people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training  - Identify opportunities for new business opportunities with clients, support in proposal development, identify and develop new solution offerings  - Making presentations to senior management and/or audit committee on findings / deliverables.  - Play an active role in development and roll-out of training initiatives for staff  Educational Qualification  CA is a must. Qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE are a plus  Prior Work Experience  - 7+ years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Risk management  - Big 4 experience or similar large consulting clients,   - Experience of servicing pharma clients in IA/ SoX would be preferred.
