Provide the overall HR, IR and admin support to the organization including the corporate office & Plant.
Industrial Relations Functions :
- Supporting the site on IR activities and would be responsible for interactions with local authorities and obtaining statutory clearances to help in smooth commissioning of the plant.
- Negotiation with Union for wages / Bonus and for other issues
- Disciplinary Action - Starting from Preliminary investigation to Final Decision
- Contract Labour Management
- Statutory Compliance under various Labour laws
- Liasioning with various Government bodies.
Education And Experience :
- Post-Graduation in HR / Masters in Personnel Management / Masters in Labor Welfare or equivalent
- With 10-15 years of experience in middle / large Chemical companies.
