Job Description :

Responsible for IR, HR, Admin,Security,Liaison activities, Statutory Compliance for the GREEN FIELD Manufacturing/Automobile Project handling the following responsibilities :

Efficient & effective control and coordination of site administration function Designing of SOPs for administration function and review the same for effective implementation.

Strengthening Statutory compliance Frequency based review of compliance structure & timely Compliance to all HR & Admin related laws and Acts Compliance to the plan

Independently procure all relevant licenses, registrations, permissions, sanctions from the Govt Depts., keeping the IR India Head informed

Handling Local Administration /Nuances for NEW PLANT SETUP

HR Policy formation

Recruitment of Workmen

Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations ensuring productivity

Employee Relations

Facilitate/Maintain complete Personnel Records, handle Time Office function using latest electronic equipment / tools viz Attendance Monitoring, Payroll Processing, PF, ESI etc

Create development plan for Unit Leadership Team Partnering into effective review at unit meetings

- Experience in reputed MNC in Manufacturing HR/ER

- Large Manufacturing set up is preferred

- Preferably a hardcore IR with modern HR approach will be preferred

Candidates from CHAKAN MIDC Belt are preferred.
