Senior Manager - Human Resources - Mfg (10-15 yrs)

Key Accountabilities:

- Understand the business strategy, acts as coach and adviser to both HR and business partners to facilitate organization and cultural change. Educate business leaders on HR trends that affect the business. Acquire business sponsorship for HR initiatives.

- Manpower Planning and budgeting for vertical for Air Works. MIS, Operation Plan adherence, Monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

- Responsible for Pan India operations.Supervise operations for vertical including payroll and attendance.

- HR Analytics - Provide HR analytics and help in managing & driving strategies to constantly improve employee experience and consistently strive towards making Air Works - A Great Place to Work- .

- Build and develop relationship with teams at various locations.

- Deliver HR related policies, practices and processes.

- Partner with and provide feedback to the business heads to ensure effective, efficient HR operations services across geography, focusing on delivery improvements. Drive Employee Engagement programs across locations.

- Drive the Statutory Compliance for Pan India locations. Work closely with the business leaders, consultants and government officials to make sure we are compliant.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Demonstrated success in managing HR Programs in a complex, matrix, and global business environment

- Good people management experience

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Ability to demonstrate proven success in direct and indirect influencing of teams.

- Strong project management and the ability to work well in a team environment.

- Strong organizing skills. Good time management. Attention to detail.

- At ease working with senior leaders

- Demonstrated ability to partner across HR to deliver effective business solutions

- Depth of experience with delivery of HR Programs and Processes

Education and Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant professional work experience, Manufacturing exposure preferred

- MBA is required, an advanced degree in HR preferred
