With depth in marketing throughout the country and reaching out to the smallest of the livestock keepers,   Our client is looking for ;  Job Title : Senior Manager (HR)   Preferably Female candidate  Reporting to General Manager  Posting South India  MAIN PURPOSE:   Managing and implementing Human Resource Development initiatives for the company.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  1. Provide support to the General Manager (HRD) with respect to strategic decision-making and advice on important organizational issues.   2. Effective implementation of Performance Management System in the organisation.  3. Develop action plans to Nurture healthy Organizational Climate, maintain harmonious employee relations in the organization and ensure timely redressal of employee grievances.  4. Ensure that effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place which meet statutory requirements and encourage pursuit of best practices.   5. Undertake manpower planning & talent acquisition for various department and other SBUs.  6. Coaching and mentoring staff, as appropriate, to improve performance.  7. Develop and implement appropriate employment engagement activities to retain talent.  8. Maintain healthy relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.   9. Identify risks to the organization's people property, goodwill, and image and take proactive measures to control risks.  10. Identify and develop training plans in line with organization future requirements for the employees.  11. Management of Contract Labour/ Manpower Outsourcing by complying with all statutory requirements.  12. Ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the organisation.   JOB SPECIFICATIONS:   Technical Skills / Attributes : Proficient HR professional having experience in developing and implementing HR policies in medium/large organisations.   The incumbent should have good knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, Performance Management System, Policy Development, Employee Engagement, External Liaisoning, Contract Workmen Management, Applicable laws in a manufacturing set-up, Devising Communication strategy for all levels etc.   Managerial Skills / Attributes Leadership Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills  Educational & Experience : 2 years full time MBA/ PGDM (specialization in HR) preferably from premium institutes like XLRI, TISS, SP Jain, Symbiosis etc. with minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.  Remarks :  The position is on a fixed term employment (FTE) on CTC for 3 years which is renewable. Compensation will commensurate with qualification and experience   The maximum age limit for the position(s) is 42 years.  Person should be South India based and fluent in one of the South India language.
