Reports to : HR Director  Salary budget up to 25 LPA  Job Purpose :  - The position is meant to uphold the organization's commitment to hire, manage and retain talented employees, by ensuring all relevant work processes and systems required are in place.  Principal Accountabilities :  - Talent Management Process   - Annual Manpower Budgeting & Planning  - Ensure recruitment process adherence as per SOP from Manpower requisition to on-boarding  - Maintain Updated Organisational Charts & JDs for all key positions   - Hire as per SLAs  - Developing alternative non conventional sources for front-end hiring   - Adherence to Background verification /Reference check process  - Ensure personal records /documentation is done on time by the recruitment team  - Share relevant MIS  Implementation of the Performance Management System :   - Ensure timely completion of Individual Scorecards for all back-end employees   - Facilitate Mid year review and feedback process  - Completion of Annual Performance appraisal reviews as per policy  - Coordinate for issuance of Compensation change letters  Employee Engagement :   - To facilitate biannual engagement surveys and implement resultant intervention plans  - Design and implement engagement calendar for the company in consultation with all functional heads and HR team.  - To ensure that reward and recognition schemes are implemented effectively to encourage performance excellence.  Talent Development : Design career development opportunities for employees within a system that includes career paths, succession planning, and on-the-job training opportunities.  - Talent Retention   - Implement retention strategies arrived at in consultation with Business   - Design and sustain a robust Exit Management process to ensure systemic changes required to improve retention   HRMS /Team connect :  - Overall responsibility for the maintenance and continuous up-gradation of the HRMS & HR Intranet Portal.  Typical Work Contacts :  - List the titles of individuals, departments and organizations (except superior/ subordinates) with which there is most frequent contact.   Internal :  Most Frequent Contact : Nature or Purpose   HR Director/ CEO : Recruitment of senior positions, updation of organization chart,   COOs : Specific business related recruitment needs   Functional Heads : Recruitment needs for respective departments  External :  Recruitment Agencies / NGOs : Recruitment  Marketing Agencies : Advertisements for Job Openings, flyers, and posters for recruitment  Job Portals : Membership to access database and posting of Job openings  Educational Institutions : Recruitment of Graduate Trainees / Management Trainees  Educational Qualifications :  - MBA-HR / Masters in Social Work (MSW) with a sound knowledge of HR fundamentals   Professional Experience :  - 10 years+ of sound experience in HR with at least 1 - 2 years as Head of Talent Management or Recruitment   - Should have exposure in hiring large number of people at entry levels
