Position - Sr. Manager-HR
Job Responsibilities:
Deliverables
- HR Policy definition, Implementation and updating on a regular basis
- Develop and Implement Annual HR Plan and strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur
- Organization Manpower Planning, including Succession Planning, future requirements
- Manage On-boarding, Employee Engagement, Induction
- Managing the Performance Management process
- Administration of Compensation & Benefits
- Overall HR operations
- Training requirements and administration
- Meeting all HR related statutory requirements
- HR Dashboard deck to CEO as per time lines
- Liaison with Group HR for central activities
Candidates must have experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition with BFSI domain and ready to join within maximum 60 days.
