Sr Human Resources Manager :

We are looking for HR Team Lead who can help our team to grow and stay happy.

Your Responsibilities :

- You are fully responsible for all HR-related topics for our India office in Bangalore

- You work closely with the local team leads and managers

- You directly report to the Head of HR, HQ in Berlin, Germany, but you have dotted line reporting to the local MD

- Manage a small HR team and their functional responsibilities, goals and achievements: recruiting and talent acquisition, administration, compliance, on- and off-boarding, people management and development

- You advise and support the India based management to understand their staffing needs and prepare for future growth

- You advise and support managers and employees on their and their teams- future growth and career path

- You assure our office in Bangalore is run and covers all local compliance and regulations

- You contribute your own ideas and manage your own projects

Our Requirements :

- Among top 10% of Master or Bachelor Degree students, preferably with focus on Psychology, Business with Human Resources as a major or other related subjects

- 8+ years work experience within the field of HR Manager / Generalist

- Experience in managing a small team in the field of HR

- Excellent knowledge and understanding India labour law

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Pro-active approach

- Strong influencer
