Senior Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing

Support development and implementation of HR plans, policies and processes w.r.t compensation, performance management, recruitment, learning & development etc.

With objective of ensuring development of human capital within the standards, business strategy and the HR budget.

MBA (HR and Industrial Relations) with 11-14 years of work experience across various domains of HR in a manufacturing organization, preferably an MNC

Should have exposure to a manufacturing environment and people management issues as well as a good grasp of various functional areas of HR and Industrial Relations management.

Strong Domain knowledge of HR, ability to comprehend and see the big picture, Process and system orientation, Methodical and number oriented.
