Designation : Sr HR Manager

Position reports to : HR Head

Location : Kolkata

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for creating clear, compelling, appropriate strategies and design solutions to improve organizational development and growth for specific BUs.

- Will manage strategic HR projects for eastern region.

- This could extend to leading and executing on complex, cross functional, cross-site projects.

- Leverages foundational organization capability principles and/or design components to improve individual, group and organizational functioning.

- Will anchor strategy and org alignment conversations and transition / change management HR support for the BUs. Will be handling a team

Desired Profile :

- 6-10 years of relevant post qualification experience

- MBA or equivalent degree from a premium B-School (Batch of 2006/2007/2008 only)

- Should have HRBP exposure, supporting senior leadership in the business and experience in anchoring cross functional teams.

- He/ she should have been part of an OD/ OC COE driving key programs across the business group.

- He/ she should have exposure using organization models and design systems to align structure, process, rewards, metrics and talent with the strategy of the business and would have also supported business groups as a strategic business partner.

- Exposure to driving leadership development, succession planning efforts at the site and senior leader coaching is highly desirable as well.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
