Senior Manager - Human Resource - KPO (8-10 yrs)

One of our esteemed clients is scouting for Senior HR Manager.

Job Description:

- Actively support the management initiatives to guarantee a good social climate / manage employee relations / making company great place to work.

- Directing & spearheading a gamut of HR functions entailing organization development, organizational effectiveness, learning & development, leadership development, change management, talent management, performance management and employee engagement for the Business Group

- Partner in various HR initiatives, help HR policies connect with business needs - proactive inputs as well as effective implementation. This includes a lot of change management. Ensure the basics are maintained w.r.t. all people processes viz. objective setting, mid-year review, annual review, etc.

- Partner with HRSS to deliver best & efficient services to all employees and focus on first time right. HR digitization is a big drive & needs successful implementation while handling the change management effectively.

- Performance Management - Driving performance Management for the process through the operations team. This includes the confirmation and annual appraisals and performance improvement programs as needed by the process.

- Employee Satisfaction Initiatives - Analysis of survey results, formulating actionable based on the same in consultation with business. Ensuring communication and implementation.

- Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed. To set up mechanisms to resolve employee issues on the floor

- Employee engagement initiatives like formal one on ones, Skips, New Manager Assimilations (NMA's) Training Sessions for new Supervisors.

- Defining & institutionalizing career progression framework to retain and develop talent in-line with the business strategy Institutionalizing large scale business programs to build people capability for continuous improvement and achieving business results

Work Experience & Other Abilities Required :

- MBA/PG in HR, with around 8-10 years of experience in the Human Resource function

- Should have generalist HR experience in MNC organizations (With a good exposure to international HR practices)

- The candidate should possess good communication skills, both, written and oral and should be proficient in making business presentations.

- Desirable : Exposure to working in highly matrix organization & ability to connect with the Global stakeholders
