About our Client - Our client is a leading IT solution company. It is highly committed it core business to solve its clients IT needs. The business is constantly expanding. Also, it invests enormously in its IT department. They are looking for an Lead for HR operations for the Indian business.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the Country Manager and HR Director, you will be a key member in the senior management team providing leadership and direction to the HR function of the group in line with the business goals and needs.

- You will lead and manage a team and oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employer branding, employee relations and training and development.

- You will act as a true business partner to business unit heads to review and further develop existing human resources policies and procedures as well as to implement new initiatives.

- You will also be involved in internal communication to foster a highly motivated working environment.

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful applicant will be a degree holder with minimum 5-7 years of post graduation HR generalist experience with at least 5 years in a team management role in a sizable group.

- MBA from a tier 1 institute is required. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
