Job Description :

As a Senior HR Business Partner and reporting into the Director HR, you will be responsible for :

- Work closely with business heads and their support teams to understand existing HR practices and analyse the needs to provide adequate and timely solutions.

- Partner effectively in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attrition analysis, performance management system etc.

- Provide support on the existing client population to ensure effective HR coverage through development and implementation of effective communication processes internally/externally.

- Hands on experience in talent development to facilitate in identifying and deploying talent effectively.

- Drive HR employee engagement initiatives internally that help achieve a highly engaged employee population across the varied businesses.

- Close interaction and providing active support to leaders, business heads on strategies around compensation planning, L&D, rewards and recognition's etc. to ensure consistent implementation of decisions

Profile :

Successful candidate :

- An MBA with 11-13 years of experience with 7-8 years of experience strictly as a HR business partner would be an ideal fit

- Candidates from IT/ITes/Banking/ Consulting background are highly preferred

- Should have strong experience of working in a global environment and should have exposure of managing global stakeholders

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is mandatory

- Should take initiatives towards introducing new concepts and understand the business thoroughly
