Senior Manager - Human Resource - Business House (10-12 yrs)
We are looking for Sr.Manager - HR for Leading Business House based at Halol (Near Vadodara)

Specialities : Administration-60%, HR & IR - 40%
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
TOTAL EXPERIENCE : 10-12 years in HR QUALIFICATIONS - MBA HR or equivalent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Overall responsibility of driving HR initiatives at Halol Location (Recruitment, Trainings, 360 feedback,Communication Forums and Employee Engagement)
- Head HR for Innovation Centre, ensuring engagement, retention, development of talent.
- Execution of HR strategic actions in consultation with BU HR Partners whose business operate out of Halol.
- Responsible for SMT Program and driving SMT Engagement for the location.
- Responsible for Admin and Facility Management for the site (Canteen, Security, Housekeeping etc)
- Liaoning and Statutory Compliance responsibility for the Site
- Branding Company at various bodies in Baroda and around.
- Support CSR Initiatives at the Location.
- Active involvement in TPM / Business Excellence
