Job Position Name : Senior Manager -HR

Work Location : Noida-NCR (India office)

Reporting : Direct -CHRO (US), India -Operations Head ( India)

Job Position :

- Prepare, coordinate & act on Manpower planning based on the production plan

- Talent Acquisition & End to End Onboarding processing Coverage of all new Joiners

- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

- Induction Feedback & Action planning

- Formulation of Induction & New joiner orientation with proper feedback review mechanism.

- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.

- Employee relations : Meeting Employees on daily basis and monthly analysis

- Preparation of Monthly Event calendar

- Monitoring of Suggestion Scheme

- Implementing & monitoring various Employee connect program - Sampark, ASK your CEO- boxes, Women committee and HR Helpdesk

- Ensuring effective Employee engagement by suggestions schemes, various celebrations & theme based events

- Communication- Arranging Town halls, Engineers meet, New joiners feedback, In house Journal, - Know your Colleague-

- Employee Engagement: Facilitate internal/external Health and Wellness activities. - Create facilitate communication and employee involvement initiative.

- Preparing KRA'S & KPI's for all the positions in plant

- Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

- Scheduling management conferences with employees.

- Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.

- Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs.

- Timely Reward & Recognition

- Monthly Rewards & Recognition

- Employee welfare Formation of various committees i.e. Women's Committee, Canteen Committee and lateral management

- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

- Organizational development

- Discussion, finalization & Preparation of Organizational Charts with dept. managers/ heads

- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

- Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Ensuring and monitoring various HR related MIS.
