We have been retained to hire a seasoned professional in the capacity of Senior Manager - HR for a client co. of ours - a 10 year old boutique SaaS business that provides domain agnostic enterprise software, having marquee clients in more than 30 countries all over the world.  The co. was founded by a senior technology entrepreneur and employs 75 full-time resources, of which 60 are based in Delhi, deployed across Engg., Product and other strategic functions, while the rest are based at the company's offices in the USA and Europe, besides a new office that is coming up soon in Singapore.  Funded externally since the beginning, the company runs as a profitable business, credit to their superior solutions and highly successful go-to-market.  The Senior Manager of HR solely represents the co. for all people related matters, supported by a junior resource who is meant to assist on transaction/operations intensive work . This is a replacement hiring requirement and HR Strategy Devpt., Employee Engagement (L&D, etc.), Business Partnering, Recruitment and HR Operations (Comp & Ben. etc.) are the core areas of responsibilities where a candidate will be expected to bring prior experience at marquee IT cos. (preferably product based firms) and feel motivated to excel in such a role at a boutique software co. In case your aspirations are to be at technology enterprises that have a large headcount, this may not be the correct place for you. Boutique is the keyword here.  Candidates' current gross compensation should not exceed Rs. 20 lac p.a. Max. time to join post offer will be 45 days.
