Senior Manager - Human Resource - Automotive (11-13 yrs)
The role will be responsible for
Support development and implementation of HR plans, policies and processes w.r.t compensation, performance management, recruitment, learning & development etc.
With objective of ensuring development of human capital within the limits of standards, business strategy and the HR budget.
Should have exposure to a Automotive environment and people management issues as well as a good grasp of various functional areas of HR and Industrial Relations management.
Qualification: MBA HR
