Senior Manager - HRBP/Consultant (7-10 yrs)
Job description
Employee Relations
Handling all kinds of employees’ queries and complaints.
Arrange Skip level meeting and take necessary actions against employee’s problems.
Keeping track of employee’s activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, transfer and their separation.
Design suitable policy & schedule for complete year R&R.
Taking all possible initiatives to do marketing for R&R and create buzz among the employees by routine mailers, teasers and danglers for office premises.
Exit Analysis, New Joinees Report, Manpower Compensation Report and Attrition Report.
Designing various HR formats such as policy review, induction PPT, letter formats etc.
Creating, standardizing and documenting of processes
Conducting Appraisal meetings with various Group Heads in discussions and give in HR recommendations with detailed analysis on market benchmarking.
Charting out promotions, bonus, Quarterly Variables , and salary increments etc., based on employee performance
Desired Skills and Experience
Candidate should be a full time MBA from a Tier-1 B School.
Must have 7-10 yrs of total experience.
Candidates from Consulting Organisation would be preferred.
Candidates with Global HR Exposure also can apply.
