Looking for Senior Manager- HR shared services for one of the top clients in ITeS and BPO industry.

Designation: Senior Manager- HRSS

Job Responsibility:

- Managing service delivery of HR process

- Managing the end to end transition of Support service

- Performance management

- Monitoring team’s performance on risk and compliance

Skills required:

- Candidates with 4-8 years of experience in HR operations.

- Exposure with Consulting Organisation or ITeS or working in Global Environment will be preferred.

- Candidate should have handled a team of atleast 10 people.
