Wanted immediately from across India a good SENIOR MANAGER-HR For an Indian MNC for their manufacturing plant in Ankleshwar (Gujarat).

Candidates with MBA in HR with 5 to 6 years of experience as HR Generalist in Manufacturing Plant from Tier 1 Institute like XLRI / TISSte / SIBM / NMIMS / MDI / XISS. OR candidates with 8 to 12 years of HR Generalist experience with 4 to 5 years in manufacturing Plant with MBA from Tier 2 Institute.

Also, the candidate must be well versed in Industrial Relations and must have handled labour unions extensively

Salary will be excellent and not a constraint for the right candidate.
