For their Head Quarters in Mumbai they are looking for a a good professional in HR with extensive experience in HR policies, processes, PMS, Employee Relations, HR Operations to guide and lead a team of 8-10 people spread across locations in the country.  In brief the position description is as follows:  Position : Senior Manager- Human Resources  Reports to : Head Business HR  Responsibilities :  - Support in creating HR strategies in alignment with business goals and assure execution of defined goals  - Proactively Guide, advise and lead HR team/s on IR issues, employee relations, compliances etc.   - Build strong and working relations with the stakeholders in businesses, managers, employees and other stakeholders  - Assure accurate, timely reports, compliances, policies, processes .  - Support HR head in leading HR initiatives, HR processes, HR IT projects (ERPs) without errors  - Lead independently - HR operations and couple of Corporate HR projects as given from time to time.  The ideal candidate will have a a strong experience in HR with an exposure to IR in the early part of career.  The following skills/knowledge are necessary for the role holder to be successful:  - Communication skills, interpersonal skills, business knowledge, SAP implementation, labour laws, compliances   - Ability to implement HR policies and processes in complex business environment.  Education : Post graduation in HR  Experience :   - Overall experience 12- 15 years with minimum of 5 - 8 years in large Industrial/manufacturing businesses preferably from Mumbai
