About our Client: Our client is a US based chemical manufacturing organization with global presence and an employee strength of around 15000.They are looking for a seasoned professional to head the HR function for India region.

Job Description: Reporting into the APAC HR head you will manage between 100-120 employees and your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the HR function for India with additional responsibility of Africa, Middle East.

- Drive and execute the Talent & Workforce Management strategy for the business

- Lead all Employee Engagement programs with strong focus on managing expat employees

- Manage end to end performance management for all employees across the organization

- Design and execute career development plants, conduct trainings / assessment centers for senior leaders and set up workshops / mentoring programs

- Expat management and global mobility will be a key part of this role

- Involvement in strategic global projects in addition to HR Generalist activities

The Successful Candidate: As a successful candidate you should have:

- Ideally 7-10 years of experience in working in an HR Generalist profile

- Diverse experience in an HR Business partner kind of role focusing on Talent Management

- Excellent interpersonal skills with global stakeholder management and experience in managing people with diverse nationalities / expat management is essential for this role

- Dynamic personality with zeal to innovate, drive processes and a consultative style of working
