We have an opening in a leading MNC for Manager and senior manager HR position. I am looking candidates from Tier 1 Organizations with Generalist profile.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

- Provide coaching, training and mentorship to Site Leaders, Managers, Leads, and Associates for a business

- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein.

Partner with business leaders to maintain.

- Develop and implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of the business

- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling

- Lead, coach and mentor HRBPs and other HR resources

Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Candidate Profile:

- MBA in Human Resources from a premier B-School is must (2001 to 2005 Batch)

- Deep functional knowledge of all core HR areas like manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, succession planning and training etc.

- Excellent leadership skills.
