Job description

Client : One of the Top 3 IT Co.s

Role : Sr. Manager/Associate Director-Talent Management (HRBP)


Location :Pune


Experience: 12+ years


Preferred: Only Female


Job Roles / Responsibilities :

- Build relationship across levels in the internal customer organization (Locations/Inter-department) and manage dynamics within these relationships to positively influence the overall partnership with Business Unit

- Define the Talent Management framework for the organization

- Performance Mapping & Balance Score Card

- Indentifying, Engaging & retaining high talent employee pool with regular intervention

- Building High performance & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Succession planning :

- Develop, maintain and manage an engagement model and structure for the BU - including project reviews, steering committee meetings, PMO meetings

- Proactively understand the customer goals (Locations/Inter-department), needs and priorities, anticipate requirements and build solutions around the same

- Forecast TM requirements for an enriched employee

Experience :

- Responsible for cost/budget related / impacting decision

- Ensure guidelines/process documents are created and updated periodically

- Identify and initiate alliances with other organization

- COEs, Academy, GWFM, and TAG that would be beneficial to the BU as well as to the Organization at large.

- Anticipate and build capability based on future requirements of the BU /Location needs

- Benchmarking of Best practices within the organization /Industry

- Analyze report and ensure it is a feeder for making key decisions and derive appropriate action points.

- Support in client Visits, Audits, BU Level Meetings and bring in TM value to the BU.

- Participation in intra and inter department initiatives.(BU/ Location / Org

Note : Captive Unit HRBP Experience is a must.
