I am hiring for a client of ours in Mumbai with their office in Andheri east - SEEPZ for the role of a Senior Manager HR (HR Business Partner)  A US MNC founded in 1984 with its HQ at Washington DC. A global provider of custom engineered miniature motion solutions with 180 + associate employees and 1100 direct labour (no union). Serving clients in Medical, Life sciences & Fluid Handling, Power Tools, General Automation, HVAC, Vending Ticketing & Gaming, Aerospace, Defence etc  POSITION SUMMARY:   This position will be responsible for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives in the organization. The position will also support organizational HR initiatives related to Employee Engagement.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Talent Acquisition for the organization, with focus on building organizational capability and hiring for runway.  - Improve Talent reach through concerted efforts on mapping competencies and industries for talent acquisition.  - Create strong recruitment partners for hiring top talent for the organization.  - Use tools to track wastage in the recruitment process and drive efficiency to achieve the Target Time to Fill.  - Develop Hiring Managers as effective interviewers.  - Partner with the business to address HR matters and support the business leaders.  - Set up regular interactions with associates to tap engagement levels and address their concerns.  - Enable Development Plan discussions with Functional Heads and track development actions for key associates.  - Conduct functional Nine Box reviews with the Business leaders.  - Oversee Payroll and Onboarding activities.  Measurement Matrix for the role:  - Time to Fill  - Internal Fill Rate  - Development Plan Completion   - Engagement Score  FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:  - Proven skills in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management process  - Ability to work in a matrix structure  - Knowledge of Psychometric tools used for recruitment  - Basic knowledge of Compensation and Benefits.  KEY BEHAVIOURS:  - High degree of collaboration  - Ability to lead crucial conversations with business leaders  - Ability to communicate effectively across levels.  - An excellent team player.  - High degree of tenacity.  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:   - MBA HR from a reputed institute.  - Graduation in Engineering would be an added advantage  - Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least two years in a Managerial capacity.  - Minimum of 5 years in a multinational, US MNC experience would be an added advantage.  Please revert with your updated resume if you would like to take things ahead.  For more information, please get in touch with me or feel free to connect with me on Linkedin.  Ganesh Nair
