Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - ITeS (7-10 yrs)
Looking for Sr. Manager - HRBP for an ITES client to be based out of Delhi / NCR
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving retention initiatives within the business unit and employee advocacy.
- Single point of contact for the operations team on issues related to employee engagement, redressal of queries grievances and escalations.
- Responsible for supporting implementation of HR initiatives and ensuring understanding and adherence to HR processes and policies within the Business unit
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business wide people initiatives
- Ownership of internal communication for respective business unit across stakeholder groups
- Ownership for accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly and monthly MIS for respective stakeholders
