Looking for Senior Manager- HR Business Partner for one of the top clients in Consulting and ITeS industry.

Location: Mumbai and Gurgaon

Designation: Senior Manager- HR Business Partner

Job Responsibility:

- Partner with Business leaders to provide strategic partnership to the teams through the HR function, processes and systems.

- Support Leadership to team to build a strong value-based and performance-oriented culture, drive and execute the People and Talent Strategy in order to achieve business goals.

- Position would be accountable for providing continuous, reliable and responsive end to end HR support by planning, prioritizing, and delivering the diverse workforce needs of the sales function.

- To be responsible for improving the HR process as required.

Skills Required:

Candidates with 7-10 years of experience post MBA qualifies for this role.

Exposure with Consulting Organisation or working in Global Environment will be preferred.
