Sr Manager - HR Business Partner (Female Candidate)  Requirements/Skills :  - 7-12 yrs of experience. Min 5 Yrs of TA experience. Preferable to have startup experience  - Experience in Tech/Product/Design Hiring a must.  - Must have conducted or actively taken part in organizing campus programs   - Handling of entire range of HR generalist activities will be a plus  - Must be an expert user of recruiting tools such as Linkedin Recruiter  - Must be an expert user of any ATS  - MBA in HR or post graduation in psychology or any other equivalent field.  Talent Acquisition :  - Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.  - Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc  - Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.  - Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, construct offers, close the candidate.  - Project a great employer brand - be our ambassador, explain the candidate on company vision, mission, team,company culture, benefits, and salary.   - Develop specialized or competitive intelligence for employment data, and research in regards to talent development or retention.  - Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.  - Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.  - Provides inputs to training and development of hired candidates,through the lifecycle, and gets validation and feedback about the hiring decisions.  Requirements - Manager - HR-BP  - Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.  - Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management-information needs.  - Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required-by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.  - Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.  - Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.  - Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.  - Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations,promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.  - Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.  - Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.  - Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance,and equity within organization.
